Shahana Collection operates through a curated and partially made-to-order fulfilment model in collaboration with Pakistani designer networks and sourcing partners.
As many pieces are individually secured, prepared, or completed upon order, dispatch timelines may vary depending on designer preparation schedules, embellishment work, availability, and fulfilment coordination.
By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and accept the fulfilment and shipping terms outlined below.
ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
Most orders are processed and dispatched within approximately 3–8 weeks unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.
Certain pieces may require additional preparation time depending on:

designer production schedules,

availability of fabrics or embellishments,

stitching or finishing requirements,

seasonal demand,
-
quality control and fulfilment checks.
Estimated dispatch information may vary by product and is displayed on relevant product pages where applicable.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only. Dispatches are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
MADE-TO-ORDER & CURATED FULFILMENT
Many products available through Shahana Collection are individually sourced, curated, or prepared upon order through our designer fulfilment network.
As such:

expedited processing cannot always be guaranteed,

cancellations may not be possible once sourcing or preparation has begun.
We always strive to process and dispatch orders as efficiently as possible while maintaining fulfilment standards and quality checks.
Due to the handcrafted and embellished nature of many designer pieces, slight variations in embroidery placement, fabric texture, embellishment detailing, lining, finishing, or colour tone may naturally occur and should not be considered manufacturing defects.
UK SHIPPING
Orders shipped within the United Kingdom are sent using tracked delivery services through our logistics partners.
After dispatch, UK deliveries generally arrive within approximately 1–5 working days depending on destination and courier operations.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

courier delays,

weather conditions,

customs processing,

peak seasonal demand,

public holidays,
-
operational disruptions outside our control.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to customers across multiple international destinations.
International orders are sent using tracked delivery services through our courier and logistics partners.
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

Europe: approximately 2–7 working days

USA, Canada & Australia: approximately 5–10 working days

TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided through email and/or customer communication channels where available.
Customers may also track their orders through the courier tracking links provided after dispatch.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after shipment collection by the courier.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Shahana Collection has no control over customs charges, import processing times, or country-specific regulations.
Customers are encouraged to review local import policies before placing an order.
SHIPPING DECLARATIONS & LIABILITY
For selected international shipments, customs declarations may occasionally be adjusted in accordance with operational shipping practices and destination requirements.
If a customer requires the full commercial value of an order to be declared for customs or insurance purposes, this must be requested before dispatch.
Please note:

compensation claims through shipping providers are generally limited to the declared shipment value,

courier liability is subject to the policies and limitations of the shipping carrier,

Shahana Collection cannot guarantee reimbursement beyond amounts approved or covered by the courier or shipping insurer.
LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Once dispatched, orders are handled by third-party courier and logistics providers.
While we will reasonably assist customers with shipment investigations where possible, Delivery timelines and shipment handling remain subject to third-party courier and customs operations once an order has been dispatched.
If your shipment appears lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 working days of the expected delivery date.
Courier investigations and insurance reviews may require additional processing time before resolution can be completed.
SAFE PLACE & DELIVERY REQUESTS
If a customer requests a parcel to be left in a safe place, with a neighbour, concierge, or alternative delivery location, this is done entirely at the customer’s own risk.
Shahana Collection cannot accept liability for parcels lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been completed according to the customer’s instructions.
FAILED DELIVERY & RETURNED SHIPMENTS
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses and contact details are accurate at the time of purchase.
If a shipment is returned due to:

incorrect address details,
-
failed delivery attempts,
-
refusal to pay customs charges,
-
failure to collect the parcel,
additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment can be arranged.
WORKING DAYS
Working days refer to Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.
DELIVERY REGIONS
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations supported by our logistics partners.
Certain regions or shipping methods may become unavailable without prior notice due to operational or regulatory limitations.
